Welcome

Aligned Healing and Wellness provides specialized telehealth therapy for women navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, relationship patterns, burnout, and perinatal mental health—across all reproductive experiences and life transitions.

Care is intentional, individualized, and grounded in a deep respect for the complexity of your mind, body, and story.

Because healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to alignment—clarifying your values, trusting your inner voice, and choosing where your energy goes so your life reflects what truly matters to you.

Therapy for women ready to move out of survival mode and back into alignment.

Being Creative

Being Curious

Being Compassionate

AHW fundamentally believes that in order to be our most aligned self we benefit from:

Creativity means honoring that there is no one “right” way to heal. It’s the willingness to explore, adapt, and approach challenges with curiosity rather than judgment. It allows space for individuality and for trying something new.

Being curious as a value means you are willing to approach yourself and your life with a sense of wonder and openness. It is an invitation to explore your experiences, thoughts, and emotions without judgment, but with a genuine desire to understand.

As a core value, compassion means we approach ourselves and our lives with a deep sense of kindness and understanding. It's the willingness to recognize that to be human is to be imperfect, to struggle, and to make mistakes.

True self-care is not salt baths & chocolate cake, it is making the choice to build a life you don’t need to regularly escape from.
