Using this Site does not create a therapist–client relationship between you and AHW Therapy.

Therapy services are provided only after completion of an intake process, informed consent, and the establishment of a formal therapeutic relationship.
All therapy services are governed by separate policies, consent forms, and state licensing regulations.
These Terms apply solely to use of the website, not to clinical care or therapeutic services.
3. Not for Crisis or Emergency Use
AHW Therapy does not provide crisis or emergency services through this Site.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
You may also call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or access local emergency or crisis resources in your area.
4. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you share through contact forms or scheduling tools on this Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
However, please note that electronic communication (including web forms and email) may not be entirely secure. We encourage you not to submit sensitive clinical or health information through this Site.
Clinical information shared with AHW Therapy through the client portal or HIPAA-compliant systems is protected in accordance with federal and state privacy laws.
